2019 Annual Panther Creek Baseball Outing

baseballThis year's annual Panther Creek Village Baseball Outing will be on     

Saturday September 21, 2019.

Astros vs. Diamondbacks   

The outing is an annual event and includes complimentary round trip bus transportation from Panther Creek Village Center to Minute Maid Park. Enjoy an Astro's baseball game with your neighbors without the hassle of driving or the cost of parking. 

Tickets are $45.00 per person which includes the round trip complimentary bus transportation provided by Panther Creek Village Association. Our group seats are in section 253 (click to view seating chart).  

Tickets are limited, so get your tickets early, as the event sells out every year.

National Night Out - October 13th

Residents of The Woodlands are being asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend an evening outside with neighbors on

SUNDAY OCTOBER 13th, FROM 3PM to 6PM.      

as part of National Night Out.

Please consider having a national night out party with your neighbors. Neighbor knowing neighbor is one of the most effective ways to prevent crime. You can access a party planning guide at Woodlands Township NNO Party Planning Gudie  and register your party at National Night Out Party Registration. Local law enforcement and The Woodlands Fire Department will briefly visit with residents of many of the registed neighborhood parties.

National Night Out celebrates our police-community partnerships. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct 4’s commitment to community policing must include you, the community.

What is National Night Out?

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. National Night Out is designed to:

    • Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness.
    • Generate support for local anti-crime efforts.
    • Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
    • Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

Vacation Watch

vacation watchIf you are travelling during the summer, remember the vacation watch service is available through the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office.  The vacation watch program is free of charge and officers will check on the status of your home while you are away.  The program is available for occupied homes which are not currently being marketed for rent or sale. The request must be for a minumum of 2 days to a maximum of 30 days.  To request a vacation watch, complete the form found here.

This website serves as a mechanism for the association's board to communicate with the residents of Panther Creek village regarding matters of common community interest, and provides a gateway to sources of information of potential interets to the residents of Panther Creek Village.

Click here to view Montgomery County Crime Stopper's current featured felons.  If you have any information about these crimes or any person(s) involved, you are urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP at or submit a Web Tip here.  You do not have to give your name.   CRIME STOPPERS will pay a MINIMUM $500 CASH REWARD for information leading to arrest of any of our Weekly Featured Felons.  You will remain anonymous. You must contact Crime Stoppers with info leading to the arrest of subjects prior to contacting Law Enforcement to be eligible for rewards.

Notice to title and mortgage companies - HOA information and fees

We often receive requests for HOA (Home Owners Association) information and fees on properties located within Panther Creek Village. Please note that Panther Creek Village Association (PCVA) is NOT an HOA and does not assess or levy any fees on property owners nor collects any fees from residents. PCVA is a volunteer based 501(c)4 civic organization. The primary Woodlands HOAs were dissolved and merged into The Woodlands Township, a special district, and the HOA fees were replaced by an ad velorem property tax imposed by The Woodlands Township. Individual properties may still be part of private neighborhood HOAs, but PCVA has no records or knowledge of these individual HOAs.
